A continuum of retirement support services for your changing needs. This nurse-owned agency serves clients at home and out and about, 24 hours per day, every day of the year.
Skilled nurses who visit your home for medication management, health monitoring, and more.
As we enjoy more years of retirement, our needs change. Our nurse-supervised service plans change to fit your needs. The ways we can help range from chores and errands, such as housecleaning for seniors; to transportation assistance; to private-duty skilled nursing; to live-in care.
Angel of Grace nurses and aides help with both your short-term and long-term home health needs. Whether you want personal aide services a few hours per week, 24 hours per day, or even on a live-in basis, Angel of Grace is there with reliability and a smile. We work mornings, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Angel of Grace services are not limited to home health or home care. You need service outside your home as well, and we're there to provide that. This may include errands, shopping, appointment accompaniment, private hospital attendants, and even transportation services for clients with disabilities. Our transportation services are available for clients with or without a home care service plan.
Have us visit you, assess your needs, and provide you with a customized service proposal within your budget.
Angel of Grace was founded by nurse Fenniey Baker, RN, who manages this private agency along with adult-geriatric nurse practitioner Ashley Lucius, AGNP-C. Together, they bring more than two decades of healthcare experience. They are each CHAP-certified in home health operations. Their mission is to provide a comprehensive service that conveniently and competently serves more of the needs of retirees and patients living in their own homes. The Angel of Grace home health team serves Greater Cincinnati as a private-duty, state-licensed, bonded, and insured provider of home health, home care, and non-emergency medical transportation.
